Newsletter Article Submission

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of four articles to be submitted per newsletter

  • Each article submission must include at least one photo in the Google Drive folder you submit

  • Collaborate with all Board members to determine who's writing which article in advance to ensure cohesiveness in the newsletter and no doubling up

ARTICLE DUE DATES

  • January/February Newsletter

    • Articles due December 6th

  • March/April Newsletter

    • Articles due February 6th

  • May/June Newsletter

    • Articles due April 6th

  • July/August Newsletter

    • Articles due June 1st - Grant ends June 30th, so we have to submit it to the printer early for them to bill us prior to June 30th.

  • September/October Newsletter

    • Articles due August 6th

  • November/December Newsletter

    • Articles due October 6th

PREPARE FOR ARTICLE SUBMISSION:

  • Create a Google Drive folder

  • Folder title: Publishing Month - Article Title - Board Member Name

    • Example: May - Bulk Trash - Kendra

  • Ensure all article items (article and any images) are in the folder

  • Share the folder with northglenweb@gmail.com
