Gated Alley Program
Minimizes activity in your alley
Petition signatures of all owners with garages or carports accessed by the alley must be obtained and will be included in the 50% +1 requirement
If trash is collected in the alley, the affected homes must have the ability to move it to curbside collection

Fire Department Lockbox Program
Allows the Fire Dept to enter your home in an emergency without damaging your door
For the more vulnerable members of our community (those who are 55+, have special needs, or mobility issues)
A professional will install the lockbox for free, and register it with the Fire Dept so they know where to find it in an emergency
Meals on Wheels
Delivers nutritious, ready-to-eat meals to homebound seniors and residents with limited mobility
Supports independence and well-being
Volunteer-driven program that strengthens community connection and provides peace of mind for families

Provides essential services for older adults, caregivers, and adults with disabilities
Offers resources such as caregiving assistance, home-delivered meals, transportation, and benefits counseling
Connects residents with trusted community programs that enhance safety, health, and overall well-being for seniors in our area
